They have always done a great job on several deliveries, but especially so on my last order:I already had an order in to be delivered to her work Valentine's day, but found out at 8:30 pm the night before that she would only be at work for a half day. I left a detailed voicemail overnight requesting that the delivery be attempted before 11 AM if possible, or if it could be changed to her home address, also in St. Charles in the afternoon.The florist called then next morning confirming they would be able to do one or the other, and were able to make the delivery before she left work for the day.
